With these healthy foods, you can make multiple dishes of your taste.


Physical Health

Tiredness and sickness are the major causes of bad physical health. These small causes result in dangerous diseases. Before things get worse, start thinking about your physical health. You need to do very few things in order to stay healthy. Drink a lot of water, exercise daily, and stay physically strong because your muscles get weaker as you age, get enough sleep, do not overwork, quit smoking and alcohol. This will lower your chances of diseases and cancer. If you do these simple activities, the energy will be stored and you will have enough energy to do the major activities.


Mental Health

Mental health is as important as physical health. Talk to your loved ones and share your problems, do what makes you happy, dance like nobody’s watching, play with your siblings, plan a movie night with your friends, plan for a trip, if you feel uncomfortable and want to be left alone, speak up. All these things might feel unimportant, but it isn’t true. These activities could help you get rid of mental stress.
